6 month old male available:
- Meet Diesel! A very handsome 6-month old, purebred, male Doberman. He is currently 60 pounds full of joy and muscle! He loves to play tug and fetch and is getting good at scent games (Find it!). He is interested in anything new, and alert to all going on around him.
- Diesel is confident, friendly, smart and needs a lot of stimulation, both physical and mental, to manage his energy. He loves puppy day care, which is a good outlet for his energy. A fenced yard and plenty of interaction would be the perfect fit.
- Diesel never shows aggression but shows a lot of strength in his play and going for walks. His strength in play may be too much for children or older adults to control. He also likes to jump - on people, beds and couches. Sometimes straight up in the air out of pure joy!
- Diesel is trained in basic commands, and well socialized in many and varied situations, both in the city and the country. He does not always obey commands, however, and needs additional training. He is highly food motivated. Any treats are good, but his favorite is an apple slice. He also loves chewing on bones.
- "Dees" loves to rest in his kennel after play. He is potty trained and sleeps successfully through the night. He's a good dog.
- Diesel is up-to-date on all his vaccinations and has been neutered. He is a beautiful red/rust color and a stunning example of his breed. AKC registration is available for Diesel.
- We're looking for a loving, caring home that will give Diesel the attention, stimulation and training that he deserves to hone his beautiful character.
